3J-AMK Stepper motor drives

Usage:
With the help of the training equipment, the student acquires basic skills that will enable him to build, operate and maintain stepper motor drives in the industry.
Goal:
After completing the tasks related to the training equipment, the student
- is able to determine the structure and control methods of a stepper motor drive
- is able to independently build (install, wire and connect) a 1-axis stepper motor drive as a functional unit with the help of installation and wiring drawings and the manufacturer’s data sheets
is able to control the operation of a stepper motor by creating application programs using PC-based programming
is trained in finding and correcting possible malfunctions.

3J-LAI Conveyor / Portal Equipment

The equipment includes a toothed belt conveyor that is driven by a DC motor. The belt server is a pneumatic portal with a vacuum gripper.
The hardware is excellent for logic-controlled part handling.
Listing of parts of logic-controlled conveyor / portal equipment:

3J-OLK Programmable logic

The equipment includes a logic-controlled mechanical plate with either a belt conveyor or a screw mechanism and two cylinders.
The programmable logic is mounted on its own mounting plate in the control cabinet, from which the binary inputs (16 pcs.) And outputs (16 pcs.) Are wired to the terminal blocks. One of the input bytes is equipped with sensor terminal blocks.
The control and display panels (2 pcs.) Are on the control panel and are equipped with versatile components.
The controllable mechanics are mounted on a separate mounting plate with a 0-30 V DC motor with reduction gear. Four proximity switches are used as detectors. In addition, the mechanics use two pneumatic cylinders with four magnetic sensors.
A group valve with 5/2 mono- and bistable valves, cabling 25-pole is used to control the cylinders through the D-connector.
The hardware is used for programming programmable logic (program instructions; AND, OR, R / S, Timers, Counters, Comparators) and wiring.

Usage:
With the help of the training equipment, the student practices installation, connection, adjustment and operation of servomotor drives in modern CNC and robot drives.
Goal:
After completing the assignments the student is able to
- determine the structure and control methods of a servomotor drive
- independently, with the help of drawings, assemble (by installing, wiring, connecting and adjusting) a 1-axis servomotor drive into a functional unit with proximity switches and sensors
- create application-specific operating programs with a PC-based programming device to control the servomotor drive using the control system
- find and repair possible malfunctions.
- use Omron as a programming environment and in accordance with the IEC 61131-3 standard, which is widely used in the industry for Sysmac Studio
- work with the PLC Open program used in motion control
