3J-RTS Relay Technology Kit

The training equipment is used to practice the installation and operation of the relay controls in automation using electrical diagrams. Training is carried out using industrial components and the right tools and methods.

After completing the tasks the student is able to:

  •  read wiring diagrams in accordance with electrical standards and used by industry
  • solve problems related to relay control systems
  • perform installation tasks for relay control systems
  • master troubleshooting and is able to repair diagnosed faults

3J-SMO Electromechanical control technology

Electromechanical control technology – training equipment is used to practice the installation and operation of relay controls in automation. The training is carried out on pneumatic (cylinders) and with electrotechnical components on the basis of automation drawings.

After completing the tasks the student is able to:

  • read automation drawings used by industry
  • solve problems related to relay control systems
  • perform installation tasks on relay control systems with industrial components
  • master troubleshooting and is able to correct the fault in the system

Training system includes :

  • actuator; cylinders and solenoid valves (24 VDC)
  • identifiers; inductive, magnetic, optical, mechanical limit and pressure switch relay
  • cabinet; separate with adjustable feet including relays (6 pcs.), multi-function (10 different functions) time relay, main switch with indicator lamp and versatile range of terminal blocks with accessories
  • control panel; with versatile operating switches and signaling devices
  • 20 performance-focused exercises and their required components with installation and connector accessories

Study material:

1. Solution book which includes a theoretical part on automation technology for relay control and exercises with solutions. The problems of the exercises are presented in the form of a sequence diagram, which also includes identifiers and components of the control panel

3J-TSM Motor drives

Usage:

Practice of the connections used in the control of DC and 1-phase electric motors used in the movements of modern automation applications with contactor technology.

Goal:
After completing the exercises the student is able to:

  •  install DC and 1-phase AC electric motor connections used in industry in various applications
  • integrate motor drive into a wider automation system
  • control the different applications of the structure of motor drives.

Hardware:
Training equipment includes:

  • training platform with conveyor equipment proximity switch electric motor (24 VDC) with reduction gear and electrically pre-controlled pneumatic actuator
  • separate control center (relay cabinet) with control legs, control relays (single time relay), motor contactors and circuit breakers and terminal blocks
  • with the controls of the operating unit (control box 5 seats).

3J-VSM AC-Motor Drives Relay control for AC motors

We have developed equipment for training short-circuit motor controls with relay technology

Main list of AC motor drives:

1. Electric motor

– two-speed short-circuit motor (three-phase, 400 VAC) with its own helical reduction gear.

2. As a mechanical (with its own mounting plate) toothed belt conveyor, with optical proximity switches.

3. Separate relay installation cabinet (400 * 600) with pre-installed installation with rails and cable trays with adjustable feet and complete terminal accessories (for separate sensor, control and main current groups).

4. Relay cabinet components:

– contactors, 5 pcs with expansion parts

– relays, 3 pcs (1 time relay)

– motor protection switches, 2 pcs

– thermal relays, 2 pcs – 1-phase and 3-phase circuit breakers

5. Control housing with operating switches (6 pcs.). Multipole cables and wiring accessories for connections.
